The latest spin-off shows have revived the franchise by turning the focus on familiar favorites being thrown into new situations and locations.
After years of teasing, The Ones Who Live will finally deliver on the promise of Rick Grimes' story, resuming beyond the main story of the series.
'The Walking Dead' has produced several spin-off series over the last decade, from the long-running 'Fear the Walking Dead' to the more limited release of 'Walking Dead: World Beyond'.
'The Walking Dead: Dead City' received a very positive response and a story that saw the best of enemies, Negan and Maggie. As The Walking Dead’s greatest villain-turned-anti-hero, Jeffrey Dean Morgan returns as Negan.
It gave the character a chance to shine again after almost becoming a supporting character in the final seasons of the series.
Now 'The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live' has a difficult act to follow, but there are few fans who have not been expecting the return of Rick Grimes. Back in October at New York Comic Con, the very first teaser was released for the show.
FEATURED REVIEW:
Masterpiece!
Absolute masterpiece!!! Character dynamics, cinematography, sound effects, and emotional scenes are awesome!!
Literally enjoyed every second of the first ep. We've been waiting for production like this in The Walking Dead universe. Especially sound effects and cinematography were something else!
The plot twist was unexpected. The ending was the most emotional part! New characters like Okafor, Thorne, and Beale had amazing introductions and impacts! The story quality was better than I expected. I hope it keeps this quality. This was what all the Walking Dead Universe fans needed. Amazing performances by Andrew Lincoln and Craig Tate. Thank you for this! Hyped for the rest of the show.
